Informativa privacy

Ultimo aggiornamento: 7 ottobre 2026

1. Chi tratta i dati

Via Vaccarezza 14/A, 24040 Osio Sopra (BG), Italia
P.IVA 02261550160
Email: info@purotatto.com · Telefono: +39 035 500 830
PEC: sabintima@pec.it

Base giuridica. Il tuo consenso, dato dal banner (art. 6, par. 1, lett. a GDPR e art. 122 Codice privacy). Senza consenso Google Analytics non parte.

Come.

Base giuridica. Il nostro legittimo interesse a gestire il sito in modo efficiente (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f GDPR).

4. Sei obbligato a darci i dati?

5. Come li trattiamo

Usiamo strumenti elettronici e misure di sicurezza adeguate: connessione cifrata (HTTPS), accessi limitati, copie di backup. I dati li trattano solo le persone autorizzate e istruite (art. 29 GDPR e art. 2-quaterdecies Codice privacy). Non prendiamo decisioni automatizzate e non facciamo profilazione (art. 22 GDPR).

6. A chi li comunichiamo

28 GDPR):

  • AVOKE di Andrea Vavassori, Via Papa Pio XII 3, 24044 Dalmine (BG), P.IVA IT04807110160, che sviluppa, ospita e mantiene il sito e gestisce la posta elettronica di Purotatto;
  • SupportHost OÜ, Tallinn (Estonia), che per conto di AVOKE fornisce i server del sito, nell'Unione europea;
  • AB-Tech (P.IVA 03896090168), che per conto di AVOKE fornisce le caselle di posta di purotatto.com, su cui arrivano le richieste, su server in Italia;
  • Google Ireland Limited, Dublino (Irlanda), per Google Analytics e Google Tag Manager;

7. Trasferimenti fuori dall'Unione europea

  • Google. Google LLC aderisce all'EU-U.S.
45 GDPR).

Puoi chiederci copia delle garanzie scrivendo a info@purotatto.com.

8. I tuoi diritti

Puoi chiederci in ogni momento di:

  • sapere se trattiamo tuoi dati e averne copia (art. 15 GDPR);
  • correggerli o completarli (art. 16);
  • cancellarli (art. 17);
  • limitarne il trattamento (art. 18);
  • riceverli in un formato leggibile da un computer, o farli passare a un altro titolare (art. 20);

Privacy policy

Last updated: 7 October 2026

This page explains how we process the personal data of people who visit www.purotatto.com and of people who contact us through the site. It is the information notice required by Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and by Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Privacy Code).

Cookies have their own page, the cookie policy.

1. Who processes the data

The data controller is Sabintima Srl, which makes and distributes Purotatto garments, represented by its legal representative Alberto Laboni.

Via Vaccarezza 14/A, 24040 Osio Sopra (BG), Italy
VAT no. IT02261550160
Email: info@purotatto.com · Phone: +39 035 500 830
Certified email (PEC): sabintima@pec.it

2. Data protection officer

Sabintima Srl has not appointed a data protection officer (DPO), because it does not fall under the cases where one is required (Art. 37 GDPR). For any privacy question, write to info@purotatto.com.

3. What data we process and why

3.1 Browsing data

What data. IP address, date and time of the visit, pages requested, type of browser and device, referring site, outcome of the request. They are recorded automatically by the servers that host the site.

Why. To run the site, keep it secure and detect abuse or cyber attacks.

Legal basis. Our legitimate interest in having a working and secure site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long. As long as needed for these purposes, at most 12 months. Longer only if they are needed to establish a crime.

3.2 Contact requests

What data. Your email address or phone number, if you write to us or call us, and any other data you choose to give us. The site has no contact forms: our details are on the Contacts page.

Why. To reply to you: information about the collection, the boutiques and the showroom.

Legal basis. Pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How long. 24 months from the last exchange, then we delete them. If the request leads to a purchase or a business relationship, the data are kept for the time the law requires for that relationship.

Please do not include health data or other special categories of data (Art. 9 GDPR), or data about other people, in your message: we do not need them to reply.

3.3 Visit statistics (Google Analytics 4)

What data. Cookie identifiers, pages viewed, length of the visit, referring site, type of device and browser, approximate city or region.

Why. To know, in aggregate form, how many people visit the site and what they look at, so that we can improve it.

Legal basis. Your consent, given through the banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code). Without consent, Google Analytics does not start.

How. Google Analytics loads only after your consent (Google Consent Mode, basic mode). Google states that it does not log or store the IP address of visitors in the EU: it uses it only to derive the approximate location, then discards it. Google Signals is turned off.

How long. Data linked to the individual visitor stay in Google Analytics for 14 months. Cookie durations are in the cookie policy.

Withdrawal. You can withdraw your consent at any time from the icon at the bottom left of every page. The withdrawal applies from that moment on.

3.4 Consent log (CookieYes)

What data. Consent ID, choices made, date and time, IP address with the last part masked, country.

Why. To be able to prove the choices made about cookies.

Legal basis. A legal obligation: we must be able to prove consent (Art. 6(1)(c) and Art. 7(1) GDPR).

How long. 12 months.

3.5 Google Tag Manager

What it does. It loads the cookie banner on the site and, after consent, Google Analytics. It does not set cookies. To send the code to the browser, Google's servers receive the IP address and technical data of the browser.

Legal basis. Our legitimate interest in running the site efficiently (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3.6 Protecting our rights

We may also use the data described above to establish, exercise or defend our rights, in or out of court. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep them for as long as needed, until the end of the proceedings.

4. Do you have to give us your data?

Browsing data are needed to use the site. To reply to you we need a contact detail: without it, we cannot. Consent to statistics cookies is free: if you refuse, the site works in the same way.

5. How we process them

We use electronic tools and appropriate security measures: encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access, backup copies. The data are processed only by authorised and instructed people (Art. 29 GDPR and Art. 2-quaterdecies of the Italian Privacy Code). We do not make automated decisions and we do not carry out profiling (Art. 22 GDPR).

6. Who we share them with

With the suppliers that process data on our behalf, appointed as data processors (Art. 28 GDPR):

  • AVOKE di Andrea Vavassori, Via Papa Pio XII 3, 24044 Dalmine (BG), Italy, VAT no. IT04807110160, which develops, hosts and maintains the site and manages Purotatto's email;
  • SupportHost OÜ, Tallinn (Estonia), which provides the site's servers to AVOKE, in the European Union;
  • AB-Tech (VAT no. IT03896090168), which provides the purotatto.com mailboxes, where requests arrive, to AVOKE, on servers in Italy;
  • Google Ireland Limited, Dublin (Ireland), for Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager;
  • CookieYes Limited, Milton Keynes (United Kingdom), for the banner and the consent log.

We disclose data to the authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell data and we do not publish them.

7. Transfers outside the European Union

  • Google. Google Analytics data are collected on servers in the European Union, but Google LLC may also process them in the United States. Google LLC participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework: the transfer relies on the European Commission's adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 (Art. 45 GDPR), upheld by the General Court of the European Union on 3 September 2025.
  • CookieYes. For the United Kingdom there is an adequacy decision of the European Commission (Art. 45 GDPR).

You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards by writing to info@purotatto.com.

8. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • confirm whether we process your data and give you a copy (Art. 15 GDPR);
  • correct or complete them (Art. 16);
  • erase them (Art. 17);
  • restrict their processing (Art. 18);
  • give them to you in a machine-readable format, or transfer them to another controller (Art. 20);
  • withdraw your consent, without affecting what was done before (Art. 7(3)).

Right to object. You can object at any time, on grounds relating to your situation, to processing based on our legitimate interest, that is points 3.1, 3.5 and 3.6 (Art. 21 GDPR).

To exercise your rights, write to info@purotatto.com or to our certified email sabintima@pec.it. It is free of charge. We reply within one month; for complex requests the deadline can be extended to three months, and in that case we let you know.

If you believe the processing breaks the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome, Italy, www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the authority of the EU country where you live or work.

9. Children

The site is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Links to other sites

The site links to Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps. They are only links: when you open them you leave our site, and the privacy notice of those services applies.

11. Changes

If we change this notice, we publish the new version here with the date of the update.
